    Frosty steps are slippier.
    Wet paths take longer to dry out in winter.
    Snow has shut the park before.
    Four hours quality daylight in winter.
    Time of year matters.

    Yep. It’s still the parks responsibility to have the right risk assessment done and the right measures in place. The previous post suggested that the park “would get the blame” and the point is they will if they are at fault through poor risk assessment etc.
