The Trump debate, and international politics in general.
I'm sure his mind will change at least 4 times more today alone.
Either that or it's flagrant stock market manipulation for his mates. Which is just as likely.
Looks like it was the latter - he has backed down as the markets crashed this morning.

We’ve all spent the last decade being told that Trump is finally going to push too far, or receive his comeuppance, this time, somehow! But it's never really happened, in part because he feels no shame on a personal level and has leveraged that perverse superpower to completely crumble almost every norm in politics and public discourse.
But this time, this time, I really do think he might have made his bed in triggering this unjustifiable, even unwinnable war. The US may stop its direct involvement in order to steady the markets and domestic polls, but Israel is on a tear and will almost certainly not. Support for this wildly expensive 'special relationship' is absolutely tanking on both the left and right, and that aside, this has been so disruptive that it will already take a number of years for the global system that we're all so periously dependent on to reset or evolve. The receipts for this are entirely on him now.

Personally I’d rather not have a special relationship with the US at the moment. Reading news sources it sounds like Trump is talking to his imaginary friend in Iran - his friend has told him the US and Iran can both run the Straights, that they have abandoned any plans for nukes, and have even started regime change!
Real people in Iran however deny all of this and no talks have been taking place.
What a crazy crazy world.
