So it's been announced what we already knew it's the first new wooden rollercoaster in the UK for 21 years and "the world's first wooden coaster fused with fire" but what is everyone's thoughts? Social media has been going mad questioning it's safety. Videos posted to reassure us. Is this the turnaround AT needs? In short I think it is but some of the other closed attractions need to be reopened to give all the new visitors a full day experience.

OK then lock this thread and direct me to the current thread dedicated to the announcement of the wicker man. I mean discussion on the wicker man not all the sw8 stuff.

I know but is there a topic with ongoing discussion about the wicker man since the announcement? There was one for SW7 and then a separate one for the smiler when the actual ride and concept was announced. Where is the topic wicker man Since this Monday?

Well, seems like everyone did my job already. See @DiogoJ42's post. Locked. :)

And to @themeparkfan - this year we decided that all discussion would happen in one thread from the project inception to opening rather than splitting it off into separate topics. We found last time that cross-topic talk happened so often that it wasn't even worth having individual places for it!
