I used to say "Freaks, geeks and happy clappers within the theme park enthusiast community",
now, I can just say, fellow thoosies.

I still don't know who actually started it, but I read it first on coasterforce, and it has made me smile every time I have read it since.
In poopy times, worth its weight in gold.
 
Honestly, the word 'thoosie' doesn't bother me at all because I am used to it from other sites.

Wiktionnary and the urban dictionary specify coaster geeks in their definitions.
People first started bitching about the (warm, perfectly acceptable) term back in the spring of 2020, on reddit.
Even back then, there was a strong run of hate for the abbreviation.
