Trip Planning: Information, advice and questions!

Yes, for both you’ll be fine just showing your season pass via the app at the Guest Services window - at both parks they are just to the right of the main turnstiles.
Cheers, thank for this information, embarrassingly I only realised I had posted in the Europa forum when I woke up (although I am definitely wanting to go!).

Great thanks, sorry for all the questions, i'm just very excited for this one! It's my number one park to visit in the world and i wasn't sure we'd ever be able to do it.

Hopefully we can get a physical copy of the map when we arrive as that will be easier to get my head around, especially if i can trace the transport routes... and i do love a good theme park map!
Unlike Phantasialand which is very compact in comparison I do think Europa Park is a two day park. Just getting around the park can take a while, especially if you are with a child. You really need that time to do all the little attractions and notice all the quirky things which make it a special park. If you are running around just trying to do all the big attractions in a day you will probably miss quite a lot.

Day 1 you can run around with energy and tick off all the big attractions. On day 2 when you are a bit more tired and know the layout of the park you can take a more leisurely pace and do the things that you missed on dad 1 or want to do again.

Pretty sure there are physical park maps at the entrance in a few different languages.

The shows are mostly in German but some of them are worth a look.
