So I’ll be there now just for the day, with a special VIP guest in tow.

Change of plan. We will now be stopping over. My guest demands only the finest accommodation, so we will be spending the night at Blackpool FC Hotel.

And I should have been the special guest.

As much as I hate Blackpool as a place and will never stay in a B&B I'd found a decent way to make it and looked forward to coasters and beers.
Other things have happened now not coming. Really disappointed too.
