TS South: 29-31 May 2015

I can't do the mini meet on the Friday but will be there Saturday and Sunday, staying over Friday and Saturday. Will look at booking a room this week, it looks like @Sammy won't be there though
 
Might do the Sunday at Thorpe depending on commitments. Never done a TS meet, how do they work?

Meet up at the designated area which is pre determined. (Not sure what it is for this meet, as I'm not attending.) Then once everyone's arrived (there will always be a few LATE people) and the FAFF is out of the way, then everyone just goes around the park together. Naturally the group will sometimes split up into smaller groups for a number of reasons, but everyone usually gets back together at some point during the day, often for the group photo. There's no structure of when we do individual rides, it's a case of whatever takes our fancy, but there's frequently a couple of more regular meet members who have to make a decision on behalf of the whole group, otherwise no one would get anywhere!

Just been looking at Beaconsfield to book a hotel for this for the Friday and Saturday night.

Price is currently £89.30 for both nights for either a double, twin or three person room. So would work out £44.65 for 2 people or £29.76 for 3 people.

Is anyone after a room for both nights or has anyone got space in their room?
 
I'm hoping to jump from the shadows and join you all on this meet. Hopefully for all three days (if I can claim the Sunday off work.) so, could chip in for rooms?
 
Already rota'd myself off for the Sunday, so will be at Thorpe, but hope to get the Saturday off and do Chessington as well (in fact, out of the two I'd much prefer Chessington). I'd also be well up for meeting the Friday evening, and (if I do both days) might even stay over - been far too long since I did an overnight meet...
 
Shock horror I think I have that weekend off! Would be nice to do a meet again, think it'll be my first since the formation of TS. I'll probably only do one day, Chessington takes my fancy at the moment but we'll see ;)
 
I'm a possibility for this now thanks to Mark Boyce offering me room space and 2 days worh of magic pass. Just need a lift there and back and to check with my dad now. :)
 
I had my holiday confirmed at this morning's staff meeting. So I'll be there!
Does anyone have space in a car for getting between the parks and the hotel?

Can't wait! Although Chessington has had horrendous queues lately.

Still not sure if I'll be there Friday yet, or if I will go straight to chessie on Saturday.

I'm picking one of my mates up from Doncaster at 6pm tomorrow and then I'll be heading straight to the hotel my aim is to get there for 9pm traffic depending
 
I will see you all tomorrow night (decided to do the Friday night as well as he Saturday). Leaving work at 3 so depending on traffic I'll be there for 6ish.

I've had a look and I think I chucked mine away thinking I'd never need them, seeing as I don't buy fastrack. ******!
