Will the lockdown increase or reduce investment?

On the other hand, they wont advertise or market at all for a good while...they dont want crowds, just a mid filled park to keep safe spaces.
Blackpool was pretty safe at the start of the season due to poor weather, keeping away from others was manageable, and I kept my hands in my pockets!
