A couple of days ago, I needed something a bit stronger than a cup of instant coffee, so I dug out the stove-top espresso pot.
Grabbed the tin of coffee grounds, filled the funnel, and so forth.
I made myself a large mug with about 4.5 shots worth of coffee, plus milk.
It was very nice, but scarily strong. As in, "my heartbeat was starting to concern me before I finished half the mug" strong.
A few hours later, I went to clean out the pot. Opened it up to empty out the grounds, and was confronted by an empty funnel.
.... I had loaded this damn thing with 4 tablespoons of instant coffee, rather than grounds.
No wonder I could see though walls.
