Why?

I admit I should probably have given a bit of an explanation for that, as it’s seemingly a pretty outlandish opinion!
Basically, as much as Skyrush looks amazing from a layout perspective, I do have my reservations about how much I’d actually enjoy it due to horror stories about the ride’s restraints and also about people saying it’s quite rough. I didn’t think I really cared about restraints tightening that much until fairly recently, but when I rode Olympia Looping in January, those restraints tightened to an immensely painful degree, and really took away from the ride for me (combined with the fact that I found the coaster itself a bit too intense for my liking, I actually didn’t particularly enjoy it, despite the immense hype). That did make me realise that I think I value comfort and comfortable restraints on a ride a lot more than I thought I did, which is what does worry me a little about riding Skyrush.
Candymonium, on the other hand, is a type of ride I know I’ll probably love (the only B&M hyper coaster I’ve done is my current number 1, which bodes well!), and the general composition and layout of it looks to encompass a lot of the things I loved about Mako.
For me, intensity isn’t everything in a coaster, and I don’t think I necessarily value intensity over things like rerideability and overall fun factor in a coaster. I imagine Skyrush almost definitely pulls greater g’s than Candymonium, but I’m not sure if I’d necessarily find it any more fun than Candymonium.
