Energylandia (Poland): New Coasters

I have been wanting to visit for a while now and keep putting it back.

The new coaster now also looks set to be 2021 and hopefully the mine train coaster hasn't been scrapped and will come in 2022. 10m Euros should get them one hell of a mine train coaster too if they do still build it.

Can't help but feel like they need to now spend money on theming up the crappy rides they put in there unless they plan on removing them of course. It looks like a funfair in most places. Certainly not the quality you'd expect in such a park that's aspiring to be the best. If they can spruce up that half of the park and add some great park audio it could be such a fantastic place for sure.

I'd imagine it will fairly quiet tomorrow. I think due to the heat the water park absorbs a lot of the crowds.

Start at the back with Zadra when the park opens, they seem to leave the exit gate open for the first hour or so which saves you walking round the ridiculous queue. You may have to wait for them to fill up the trains bit should get plenty of re rides.

Hyperion had a big queue until about 1pm, then it was 5/10 mins all day until close.

Mayan was a walk on all day but all the other coasters were 20-40 minutes. Most of them are crap though.

Cross your legs slightly on Zadra for extra airtime. It gets better every single ride. I swear it feels like it gains 10mph every hour of the day.

Edit: don't use their queueline hand sanisiter unless you want to smell of Whiskey
Whereabouts would you rank Zadra and Hyperion then in your top coasters?

The mine train may potentially still be coming in 2021, as track has arrived on site for it, allegedly!

Being hungover on the shuttlebus, on an empty stomach, wearing a mask, listening to the Energylandia music on repeat is not fun.
Imagine being the bus driver! He must have asked in Polish after about 45mins of it if the passengers wanted the radio putting on instead. There was a resounding “yes please!!”

Did you get to sample the delights of Katowice pubs?

Think I'll fork out for an Uber next time.

Yes thanks for the recommendations had a great evening in Katowice, see my post in the Legendia thread. It's not a very tourist friendly city but enjoyed it a lot, don't think I saw a single bar from the walk from Legendia and the hotel.

I’ll be visiting energylandia next week for two days on the park for my first time and I can’t wait. I was wondering if anyone here had visited in the past and had any tips for me? It’s still a relatively unvisited park by enthusiasts so been relying on watching vlogs so far. Thanks :)

Don't miss out on the Monster Attack dark ride, a real hidden gem that rivals Disney and Universal.

The miles of queueline you have to walk for Zadra and Hyperion drove me mad. Plus their insistence on waiting for a full train before dispatch when the park was empty. Oh, and the fact all the ride staff were constantly playing on their phones. Apart from that I had a good day!!

Apprently they have shortened/opened the gates on the bigger queue lines now from a video I watched the other day, Which one one thing I was not looking forward to, and here’s hoping it’s a steady flow so
I’m not waiting for a train to be filled! Overall looks a fun park and I can’t wait to try it out.
