As far as I know, no one shortens Infusion's name or Chiapas' name even though they have 3 syllables. Fusey and Cheepy anyone?As I see it, any ride name with 3 or more syllables is a candidate for shortening.
I've always heard people pronounce the I in 'Chiapas' but perhaps they're incorrect.I think the I in Chiapas is silent, making it just 2 syllables and therefore a short enough name to say in full (or at least that's the way I've always said it).

Completely disagree. As has been said before, it's an affectionate nickname for the best and most iconic coaster in the UK. I don't use many abbreviations, but "Nemmy" is one of the few I do use.This is also a crime. It's nemesis, not nemmy.
