I think it's to do with the 'Chessington's first ever inversion' part, as both Rameses and Samurai have turned guests upside down in the past.

Perhaps it would be more accurate if they said “Chessington’s first ever roller coaster inversion?”.

Unless the marketing team is opting to switch all copy to sentence case (which is becoming more trendy nowadays). Seems unlikely though, probably just an oddity as per.They've put the same description under two Festival of Thrills shows: The Fear Test and A Celebration of Happiness. I suspect it's the description for the latter. Also, when writing titles, usually you capitalise the first letter of each word (except maybe articles).
