I think you might be overthinking how much detailed research that goes into these things. I'm pretty certain that a scholar of Victorian language would find a range of anachronisms across all The Haunted House (and now Alton Manor) theming.

Thinking of taking my children to Legoland at some point over the easter holidays so was just checking out the height restrictions on the app. Am I reading this wrong? Surely it should say “if your height is less than 1.3m, then you must be accompanied by an adult”? What it currently says doesn’t make any sense!

I wouldn’t worry. I’m sure the salad served under Aramark is plenty stale enough to sever through a cheeky cod goujon.

Didn't get a picture but I think one of the stones in the tcam queue reads "Momento Mori" (which of course should be Memento Mori). They're making errors on real theming now, not just temporary signs and leaflets!

Not sure if it's cropped up in this thread, but at Woodcutters on opening day I had what was labelled on the menu as a "Full Rack of BBQ Sauce" - YUM!

I think that might once again be one of the original Haunted House gravestones… clearly the typo habit existed to some extent even back in the early 90s!

In fairness, though, I think “momento” instead of “memento” is an easy mistake to make.

I think theyve just made a conscious decision to not use apostrophes. There are people out there that think theyre optional these days and theyre probably thinking (misguidedly) that it makes text easier to read for the general populus.

They've put the same description under two Festival of Thrills shows: The Fear Test and A Celebration of Happiness. I suspect it's the description for the latter. Also, when writing titles, usually you capitalise the first letter of each word (except maybe articles).

Mind you, if their reply is anything to go by, I wouldn't have much faith in Leek Signs' ability to spell and grammar check either!
