Usually rusk (breadcrumbs) but its often made with rice flour now so its gluten free. Bamboo fibre is also sometimes added as a binder. Onion adds flavour too. Lower than 80% and they might add extra soya protein. Some also contain beef heart.

Just eating at Mutiny Bay BK, classic meal, £9.80 with AP discount. My box didn’t have any sort of labelling on it but my friends did and hers still said 80% beef on it. Taste pretty much the same too.
Although £9.80 is a high price, from the photo that doesn't look terrible. Pretty standard theme park food really. Bun looks OK, reasonable fries (although need salt) and a well-stacked burger.
That burger & fries looks halfway edible (something must be wrong!)
Whilst we baulk at the food prices - even with AP discount - Towers prices are cheap when compared to some US parks. In June we were at SeaWorld Orlando & had all-day dining for 3 days included on our tickets. We normally had a salad starter, beef brisket or ribs main with fries & a soft drink - this was ringing in at about $40 each on the till before they scanned our tickets for the dining package. So $40 a head for a meal there - but admittedly it was very good quality (you won't get away with serving crap meat in the USA). Makes the £9.80 for an Aramark burger look cheap.

There was no way the food at Seaworld was close to being worth the price charged, the BBQ meats were fine but I wouldn't say very good quality. Its obvious that Seaworld inflate their food prices to make all day dining look a better deal. Also Seaworld has a lower gate price than Disney/Universal and then seek to make more money on food and car parking. The food prices at Universal, although still high seemed more reasonable.

Once paid $15 for a prawn sandwich and crisps at WDW. I picked it off the shelf myself and went to the cashier, handed her $15 exactly and got such a dirty look for not tipping

Personally didn’t think £9.80 was too horrific considering it’s within a theme park and even a burger meal at McDonald’s comes close to £9 or £10 nowadays.

Yeah but thats £9.80 after MAP discount. Without an AP Its a bit more, which does feel a bit pricey.
Even in London its only £7.29 for a medium meal. I do the survey on the receipt to get it for £1.99 though!
Although I paid £9.99 for a KFC box meal (not in London) last week, but thats a lot more food that AT are offering for the same price.

OK. So, the food was good (House salad, Cajun chips, Veggie Chicken Burger) but was WAY over priced!
I'm embarrassed to admit how much I spent.
I love the idea of themed drinks but was a little disappointed when this was the Th13teen.
I loved the taste but I was expecting something more... Green lol.
Overall, it was a good experience.
Ignoring the price, I'd give it a...
7/10?
With larger offerings for meat alternatives and more thematic drinks I'd be willing to bump it up, but yeah, I enjoyed my time there

I think this is true but only to a point.
Roller coaster restaurant has good food, but not to the point that I would tell my friends that they have to try it.

As a comparison we visitied AJ’s Dinner at Paultons Park, I had a classic cheeseburger meal £11.25 i think it was priced for, it was a decent sized meal, with some huge moist pattie in the middle, served with tornado fries, (curly fries) and drink. I was a little shocked at the overall cost for a family of 4, however once we had the food i can take that back, even there loaded crispers we had yesterday were really good, ( cross between fries and a crisp i guess is the best way to describe them.

The Secret Garden Restaurant appears to have an updated menu - certainly compared to the one posted by TS on Twitter earlier in the year.
It seems there have been a few changes in prices, some lower, some higher - more tinkering than anything significant. However the much derided Garlic Butter that was a rather outrageous £4 has dropped to £1.50, so that's something
It does appear however that the choice of mains has been amended a bit, with the likes of Bangers and Mash and Fish and Chips being removed - perhaps no one was ordering these, since they were charging close to £20 for both of them, its not the biggest surprise.
