Confirmation that ambulant RAP and Fastrack will enter via the same entrance;

They'll almost certainly turn right and use the original route down the steps, with main turning left and up the other steps.

Truly doing wonders for the "Free Fastrack" image.
Don't want to just turn this into yet another RAP debate when that has its own topic. But its very normal in parks across the world including Disney and Universal for those who have waited elsewhere for the alloted queue length to then enter through a Fastpass, Fasttrack, Lightning Lane, or Express queue.

I guess it will end up like the merge point at wicker man where everyone will end up in a rabble but I can see some aggrieved people from both sides if the queue gets too long.

Maybe that's why they are holding off on one shot fast tracks to see whether anything needs reconfiguring

What if the RAP queue gets really long, do Fast Track have to queue with RAP or do they push past?

I can see this getting chaotic and messy - like the merge point of RAP, FT and single rider for the Smiler.
Well if the Fast Track queue is getting long then people who have bought fast track will complain and want refunds, so there is a business reason to keep it moving quickly. Based on the Disney system the host at the merge will allocate more people from fast track and fewer from the regular queue until the fast track queue is back down to a manageable size.
In theory it is less chaotic and messy as there is only two queues to merge, fast track (including ambulant RAP) and regular rather than having to consider three or more priorities.

Yes but this only works if the the RAP/FT queue is maintained as a walk-up option. I could see fast track users becoming disgruntled if they are forced to queue along with ambulant RAP should a queue build up. This makes it different from Wicker Man where the FT and RAP queues can be managed separately.

I could see it being the case that ambulant RAP is artificially prioritised over main queue to prevent build up of the Fast Track queue. To my mind they should be managed separately, which I would have thought the refurb would have given them the option to do.

I think it's only currently available on platinum FT at the moment, which just means that the FT users complaining about waiting an hour due to the volume of RAP guests are those who've paid over £100 for the privilege

Just seen it on itv central, the monster looks fantastic! Inside of the station gives me the impression you’re supposed to be “inside the monster”

From one viewing of the ITV News Central coverage:

Station interior seems more monster like than I remember it being, though it's hard to tell with the red lights in there and only seeing it once so far
Airgates look the same, though they may be black or red as it's hard to tell what's paint and what is station lighting
Exit ramp has been painted black, similar to the other pit/old queueline fencing that started out metal grey - though again it seems like they are being careful with the angles as you couldn't see the taller side of it during the vox pop with a member of MMM
Still no shots of the eye, they really are keeping that a secret

I imagine it'll be online soon enough, either via ITV Central themselves or someone with a better set up than I have to record and upload.
