We have been a little busy. Yesterday was a down day for some rest.

Anyway, my line of questioning was attempting to ascertain credibility. Knowing lots of things about the park and its current state is key to that, unless there are million/billionaire(s) behind a vanity project.

Hi Tom.

I understand the point of being cautious I really do.

Let me advise on what we have done to make our model.

We based our model off stats that are known and not randomised numbers.

Whilst I acknowledge the fact that just over 104k visitors visited the park in 2023, compared to 500k back in 1996 when Megafobia launched, We tried modelling what the mean is and based our numbers of the amount of visitors to a same sized theme park such as Paultons, removing 1/3 visitors for IP (Peppa).

This left around 700k visitors, however we do not have an IP at all, so we would need to invest into a new IP which would roughly cost £1.2m for rights should we factor in a mid range IP. This is why for phase one, we are looking to make the park Welsh, Dragons, flames and historic stories and folklore.

We are not messing around with this project, we know the exact numbers we need to break even and make a profit. We know what ride's we want in the park and where to purchase. We have reached out to ride developers and awaiting more information.

Whilst some believe we are not authentic, I can confirm we are.

Investment numbers, visitor numbers from Aspro etc - very unlikely that this data would be released to a public internet forum if serious negotiations were happening with the Welsh Government and Aspro. Most of this would be under NDA and/or you would want to keep it quiet as part of a negotiation strategy.

The numbers are based on the fact that the park made over £2m in 2023 then a loss in 2024. We averaged it out for the average spend within a park that balances to around 100k.

With regards to NDA's we cannot comment on what is under NDA of course, however anything we have mentioned is purely based on models.

The obvious answer would be to lie and say yes, however we have been open and honest to those who need to know and they are fully aware that if the current owners sign, we officially register the brand.

But surely if your putting money and effort into merely investigating a purchase you’d have had to setup a registered business to deposit money in etc

Otherwise it could just be me and John from the lib enquiring

Thank you, we are not a huge brand, we just wanted to advise that we updated the website as it did show a 404 page and an IONOS page earlier in the day.

Our investors know that business wise, it would be best to await the okay from ASPRO should they choose to accept our offer then the business gets registered, quite common.

I’ve ran businesses - I am fairly positive a company like Aspro wouldn’t enter discussions with anyone without it being obvious the business is legitimate
 
I know that it is a bit far fetched that we are at negotiations with ASPRO, however the offer is there with the UK Director, you can even email them if you wish.
