Would love to see a Crealy Yorkshire!
More likely to be Gulliver's

That would be such a shame. It may as well be closed because most of us wouldn't be able to visit ever again.More likely to be Gulliver's
I would hope for mellors or maybe loopings, but I'm really skeptical that it would be anyone who could change the park's fortunes.

You can indeed, although a member of staff escorts you around the coasters and then you leave. Disabled adults can also visit with a companion as well, with no restrictions. You can go to Gullivers I believe, I think it can be arranged by email. Or just do as we did and invite someone with a child.

Nothing screams Prince Andrew more than being escorted to the rides and leaving. Not a great look. You can indeed, although a member of staff escorts you around the coasters and then you leave. Disabled adults can also visit with a companion as well, with no restrictions.

Presume you still pay some sort of admission price for this? You can indeed, although a member of staff escorts you around the coasters and then you leave.

Just checked from the one time I did it and we weren't charged for entry.
Had a good natter with our escort. Especially when lamenting the closed cred.

I'm still trying to scrape together the change, I have the £10 but just short of the £2.50 I need. Luckily I had a bag of Monster much to throw in that was in my cupboardAnyone heard any more on this since it went under offer?

I shouldn't have bought that overly expensive hot chocolate in work before or I'd have chipped in.I'm still trying to scrape together the change, I have the £10 but just short of the £2.50 I need. Luckily I had a bag of Monster much to throw in that was in my cupboard

Not sure if this has been mentioned already but it seems that Brighton Pier Group are considering selling off their Brighton Pier site as well, blaming declining profits for this. That doesn’t sound too good does it.

Brighton Palace Pier may be sold off, owners say
The Brighton Pier Group says there has been a drop in tourism in Brighton which has affected sales.

So … without a Pier what would Brighton Pier be doing ?
I believe they own nightclubs and entertainment venues and did so before they bought the pier.

But it looks like they are selling off the nightclubs as well though. If you take those away, Lightwater Valley, and potentially the Pier then that would just leave them with some mini golf sites (branded as Paradise Island Adventure Golf) and I’m not too sure what else.I believe they own nightclubs and entertainment venues and did so before they bought the pier.
I’m looking at an article here about them selling their properties and it seems that they are considering potentially selling everything in their portfolio.

Investment on the pier has been non existent. They got rid of Booster on whim without a replacement in mind. Hence the rush job to rent a small rocking boat ride as a replacement.
Maintenance on the pier had only been essential bit for h&s and it shows, the place is a mess. My customer the pier said to me a few weeks back that the pier may be up for sale along with Lightwater Valley.
Not sure who would buy the pier but I would hope it’s someone with deep pockets and sort out the last 5-10 years of under investment.
