[202X] Project Horizon (SW9?): Planning Approved

Put aside the fact in the 70’s and 80’s there was quite a bit of rollercoaster hardware in that very spot. If our parents and grandparents could navigate themselves to coaster corner with nothing but a paper map and a Henry Hound branded ice cream cone I’m sure the modern generation with apps and GPS will be able to treck through the wilderness to ride this thing

Only if someone on Tik Tok told them how to 🤣

The only real problem with Project Horizon with it being in that location is whether people will go back there. It will need a great marketing campaign in order to make sure people are aware

With the Dungeons Boat Ride not attracting guests that way general public may assume there is nothing there.

Being to many parks, dead ends often make rides quieter and footfall less.
Even when it was Toyland Tours wasn't one of the reasons that closed was because it had less crowds and was out of the way and this is a similar place to that
When we had Coaster Corner it was a pretty busy area and it was when we lost both Beast and Mouse from that area of the park that the decline happened even when Toyland Tours and the many rethemes of that area took place showing that a coaster of some description will attract people no matter the location.

Had a coaster been then when Toyland opened then I have no doubt the area would have been doing well with that ride getting big queues likely, maybe Charlie never happens or even TWODW but I digress. Project Horizon would pretty much, if they were smart enough to make it part of the area (which stupidly they aren't), would do wonders to give that area of the park much needed footfall that it's been crying out for years, decades perhaps.
