90 minutes on opening day from entrance on Thirteen if I recall.
Didn't set foot in Dark Forest or X-Sector again yesterday. Though queues were nonsense everywhere across the park, a combination of numerous rides opening late and the other ride closures.
Weird day really. Though heard a lot of grumbling from guests as walking around.

Not only did Towers have more filler rides back then to help out the queues, And I think that is the main problem Towers hasn't got the rides nesscessary for the size it isThe irony here being that when Thirteen WAS brand new it never got 2 hour waits - back then the queue could be out the entrance and it'd be 75 minutes or so as the restraint checks were lightning fast and there was hardly anyone using FT or RAP.

It’s more to do with RAP and FT.

Your review was entertaining and didn't come across as negative. Great to hear how you went along with your budding vlogger. Have fun![]()
Thanks, it was an attempt at satire, I try not to slate the park and whilst it wasn’t as bad as some are making out, it needs to improve. I can entirely see how some people could have a day like is being reported.
If it's any
10 hour day on park and got in 7 rides, this must be some sort of unwanted record. All that said the final night ride on wicker man was violently brilliant so at least the day ended on a high
If it's any consolation including the 45 mins standing around in a short queue waiting for the opening which never happened I spent 150 mins .... 2 and half hours waiting for one ride on thirteen, that's on top of 20 mins in Galactica queue which didn't move a single step so we gave up on.Thanks, it was an attempt at satire, I try not to slate the park and whilst it wasn’t as bad as some are making out, it needs to improve. Currently sat in the Alton towers hotel, which is running on 1 lift operational today
Even the hotel lifts are victims of the parks reduced transport capacity

All that electric soon adds up.
Wicker Man opened at 9:45 today and Spinball has been open since 10 too, which the app won’t have picked up.Not the best start to people’s day is it when you look at the queue times and what’s open and what isn’t.
You’d be pigged off before the day has properly started and trying to turn round people’s expectations and general mood is going to be far harder.

At least Towers aren't denying the kids the same experience by Octonauts opening late.
This doesn't excuse the lack of open rides elsewhere.

That does seem rather counterintuitive, to open a ride early, but not tell anyone it's open unless they can see it operating.Wicker Man opened at 9:45 today and Spinball has been open since 10 too, which the app won’t have picked up.

Just come off wickerman, with a 1.2m minor now struggling where to go next

Seems counterintuitive to get things open early yet have others opening late?

The problem is, 1.2m children want to go on more thrilling rides than a rocking tug and some tea cups.
Tea cups can be quite thrilling depending how fast you spin some pin you to your seat specfically fire bowl at Fantasy IslandThe problem is, 1.2m children want to go on more thrilling rides than a rocking tug and some tea cups.
