Ride Availability/Operations 2022-26

The irony here being that when Thirteen WAS brand new it never got 2 hour waits - back then the queue could be out the entrance and it'd be 75 minutes or so as the restraint checks were lightning fast and there was hardly anyone using FT or RAP.
