The areas in need of a refurb in my opinion.... ALL toilets, which are totally disgusting. Towers Street - Trees need cutting back, painting and new entrance design. All Tarmac around Battle Gallions across to the towers, and around Spinball, all needs resurfacing and levelled. Theme updates...
