Fairly sure Skin Snatchers is a "must" be 15 or over, other two are recommended. Could be in for the scariest maze ever at towers.

I thought that their offering last year with Sub-Species was as intense as they were going to get. This new maze "Skin Snatchers" shows that, even if they do tone down Sub-Species, we will still have a top end scare rating maze. I can esily see this maze being the scariest of the bunch this year...

I find it ridiculous also, i thought it was just right for a scare maze (It was the only maze which has ever had me significantly "on edge"), however this is what i'm hearing. Towers want to maximize revenue, and by toning it down i suspect they realize they may sell more tickets.

Apparently they had loads of complaints about sub species being too scary, with many people not completing the maze once inside. The containers are deemed an eyesore by all accounts and English Heritage may block them from erecting them once more.

I've been told Crowe is not returning by many enthusiasts. No idea on the validity.

It is probably more to do with the condition of the ruins, and they are being extra careful to restrict visitor access to them to preserve them. Scarefest prep is just a cover story.

The only issue with flat rides is that i heard Alton tend to shy away from new flats, due to them not having a high enough capacity. This does not explain why Thorpe have them in abundance, though.

Whatever we get, it will be interesting to see what unique concept we can get this year. I'll be there opening day once again and am hoping we're in for a treat! I think i'm essentially a scarefest enthusiast now so much as a towers enthusiast.

I'd love them to have a boiler house type maze again. A Hex maze would be amazing.

I'd totally agree, it would make it seem cluttered. I just thought after hearing rumors of a third party IP maze it could be a possibility. Then again, it is just as likely it is the tagline for a new sub-species.
