Ah ok, wasn’t sure if it was one of those like I’ve seen before at Thorpe where there are 2 hosts on a 4 row, one does 2 on the left, the other 2 on the right.
I went and it was ok. Actors did a really good job. River ride could do with more but apart from that was ok. Shame you have to pay extra but we’ve done it now, no need to again.
I am right in thinking that the ride wouldn’t work if the restraints weren’t secure aren’t I? Only yesterday they failed to check the restraints on the right hand side of the train and we got despatched without checking. My husband was in the left hand seat and the guy went the whole way down...
I get what I call ‘gertslauer shoulder’ on both smiler and saw the ride.... it’s because I end up ‘hanging’ in the harness and all my weight goes through my shoulders... however I’ve ‘learned’ how to ride it and enjoy it despite it not being exactly smooth.
