Does anyone know the date the park first operates this season. And I don't mean the main season I mean the john lewis and services events

Services event is weekend 7th and 8th March, John Lewis could be following weekend but not sure.

To be fair the staff have to pay for the John Lewis event, so I imagine that covers the cost of hiring the park anyway.

It probably means they have no idea whether it's coming back or not themselves

They might well be announcing details of TLC to The Blade or something; that's always a possibility! They replaced the entire ship only last closed season, so I don't see why they'd remove it so soon after that!

highly unlikely but what about a refurbish/retheme with it being installed elsewhere?

This is the same park that threw money at Sub Terra on modifications then closed it; not to mention the "closed for TLC" rides which have never re-opened nor will ever re-open.

A new area for it is an interesting idea, however I can't imagine a location that could house it without having to do some upturning. The Blade is a pretty long ride.
