Can we try and stay on topic here, as we're stretching into what-ifs that are only possibly decades into the future and nothing to do with the current project.
We're getting 2-3 pages of discussion
every day on this topic, and a lot of it is just a repeat of what's been already said. So if we could try and keep it as constructive and on topic as possible it'd be appreciated:
- We can be almost 100% sure that the track at the B&M plant is for Nemesis due to the markings seen which have been proven to be correct on previous rides, the timing of it being produced and also the coaster types we know are currently under construction by B&M. It's been established beyond reasonable doubt what the markings mean, and we don't need to start going into hypothetical naming conventions for something that only might happen in 30 years!
- Yes, the track looks to be black. No, it's not an undercoat as you wouldn't go painting over it in beige/white due to the quality of the glossy finish seen. We've now had pages of discussion on this and it's not really going anywhere. As others have suggested, there may be things added to it later, but I think we can now safely say the primary colour of this track is clearly black, so let's move on from that.
This is a discussion forum and as such people are entitled to their own personal opinion on any potential changes to Nemesis. You may not agree with them or the strength of feeling they may have, but that's why it's an opinion. You're free to respond with
constructive replies countering their points, but replies such as "get a life" or stating they're not entitled to be critical are not acceptable.
And finally, if you're new to the topic or are popping in after a day or two, please at least take time to read the previous few pages rather than jumping straight in. I would not expect people to remember or read all 152 pages of discussion, but often points have been covered multiple times despite the posts sometimes being mere hours apart.
It's a long closed season, and it's an even longer stretch to the ride's reopening in 2024. Let's try and keep this discussion as constructive as possible!
