I mean, while on the face of it this is just an advert for National Rollercoaster day and how Nemesis makes so many people happy etc, but could - and its a big could - this be the very beginnings of something happening with Galactica? Reminding people of the story of Nemesis and the Phalanx involvement, then as the remainder of the season plays out we get other teasers? I think it's unlikely, but something to think about!

I think the point is they’re honouring the ‘legends’ that have made their most famous coasters.
Nice to see them upping the production value- definitely better than those old promo videos they used to do for stuff like battle of the coasters that used to look like they were filmed on a Nokia.

I just watched it and was a bit confused? It's a cute little nod to The Johns™ with some easter eggs but the precursor suggested it was something rather than simply a nice video. The tagline 'every heartbeat...' has me suspicious though... is it in itself a precursor or a little teaser? Or have I spent too much time following these things that everything has to have meaning now?

They’ve also put out a short, vox popping people around the park about international rollercoaster day, haven’t seen that type of media from the park previously and it makes a difference from constant influencer ads that they post online.
Definitely the type of content they should post more as it builds a base on social media of continuous engagement with the park brand, meaning algorithms will push them more for organic growth. Influencer collaborations have their place, but they might only get a single engagement when social media is already pushing a lot at people.

That was a bit confusing.
On a metacontextual level, I think we were expecting something more than just a short video, but even the video itself is a bit odd.
It makes Nemesis seem really scary at the start and all, using a heartbeat sound to create tension. But, then at the end, making it seem all sweet, using the same heartbeat sound “motif” now, I suppose, in a weird attempt to invert it, that comes of as more confusing than a twist?
What’s with the callbacks to the advert?
I’m not angry or disappointed, I’m just quite confused.
