2025: General Discussion

Are we sure that if this were the case, they would peel the differing-themed vinyl off the replacement window?
Yeah, think even towers aren’t that bad. I know previously loads of parts were taken off the daisy train, as you could it was missing all sorts of windows, doors, etc when you looked at it from behind Duel. However that train has been removed from site I believe now. But I guess they could have taken a load of parts off it before it left

How do people feel about sponsorships one rides is it a good idea or not. Towers have done it before some well some not so well.

Like for example done well and subtle was Cadbury's Heroes on Air or Peugeot on Driving School which makes sense.

One notable one done not so well was Oblivion with Fanta and hopefully they never do again.

This is more prominent now since Monster is sponsoring Towers with the new Forbidden Valley unit

What else would you call it then if not a sponsor
Sponsor
noun
a person or organization that pays for or contributes to the costs involved in staging a sporting or artistic event in return for advertising.
verb
provide funds for (a project or activity or the person carrying it out).
The vending machines are themed, but Monster aren't sponsoring anything. In much the same vein that the KFC and Burger King outlets at Thorpe Park are themed to fit in with the area, but neither of them are sponsors.

There are quite a few Coca-Cola vending machines around Alton Towers too, but Coca-Cola aren't sponsors.

It isn't "Forbidden Valley, sponsored by Monster". It isn't "Monster presents Nemesis: Reborn".

As @rob666 has eloquently already said, they are vending sales / vending machines.
