Must be a new upcharge ‘rock viewing experience’ for 2026When I was at the park the other day I did hear a jet washer going on in the World of David Walliams apparently speaking to some maintenance guys they were cleaning some rocks but I don't recall there being any rocks in the world of david walliams

Well said Goose. To add to this, it's already being discussed in the TWoDW thread. Having it in two places just makes more work for the team.Popping by to remind everyone to exercise caution, and to discourage speculation, when discussing the alleged recent behaviour of David Walliams.
Please let's not post anything which is likely to get the poor mods, or users, into a spot of legal bother.
The Telegraph's original article is here (it's their exclusive and investigation) with the paywall link removed. https://archive.is/Bv8E1
Whilst they report that Walliams' behaviour is described as "inappropriate", they do not suggest that it is illegal.
HarperCollins have said that they're no longer going to continue to publish new novels, but it's unclear about the author's back catalogue and previously published material. It seems as though they will continue to publish those, for now at least.

A perfect time to introduce a museum of Alton Towers Past in the area. They have a few months to plan and get stuff collected, printed up and displayed. Maybe produce a few videos etc. That's if any allegations actually turn out so bad that they have to close Gangsta Granny or whatever (not even bothered to look at the stories yet).
I suspect a) there will be more on this and b) Alton may need to do a hasty retheme before the spring.

The ditching of the content creator programme has made the local rag, it is a quiet time of year for news I suppose.
Alton Towers ditches network of social media influencers
The Alton Towers content creator programme is being axed for 2026

Pretty sure that was announced over a month agoThe bloodbath continues at Alton. Neil Crittenden leaving despite being interim vice president.
Really does feel a substantial change behind the scenes.
Interested to see if any of this results in positive changes for guests.

Bloodbaths aren't usually pre-announced and don't normally affect a singular person.

I mean, the clue is in the name, ‘interim’ it was never meant to last.
Gone off to be a shill for Reform UK - good riddance.
Let’s see what the Ebison era brings.

Neil left earlier than planned, I believe in early December.
According to his LinkedIn, he worked the role until Ebison took over today.

Appreciate you may not of seen the other changes but it’s been significant at Alton, marketing, retail, tech, guest services, entertainment, engineering all have lost people.
Sorry I don’t have a smart alec line to go with it.
Another one…the Technical services director moving from Chessington to Alton…looks like he’s following the vice president.
