When I was at the park the other day I did hear a jet washer going on in the World of David Walliams apparently speaking to some maintenance guys they were cleaning some rocks but I don't recall there being any rocks in the world of david walliams

Whilst they report that Walliams' behaviour is described as "inappropriate", they do not suggest that it is illegal.

HarperCollins have said that they're no longer going to continue to publish new novels, but it's unclear about the author's back catalogue and previously published material. It seems as though they will continue to publish those, for now at least.

Well said Goose. To add to this, it's already being discussed in the TWoDW thread. Having it in two places just makes more work for the team.
 
A perfect time to introduce a museum of Alton Towers Past in the area. They have a few months to plan and get stuff collected, printed up and displayed. Maybe produce a few videos etc. That's if any allegations actually turn out so bad that they have to close Gangsta Granny or whatever (not even bothered to look at the stories yet).

The edges of some planters and retaining wall are small rocks, so this could be what they are jet washing.
 
The bloodbath continues at Alton. Neil Crittenden leaving despite being interim vice president.

Really does feel a substantial change behind the scenes.

Interested to see if any of this results in positive changes for guests.

Howard Ebison, former Vice President of Chessington World of Adventures, is Vice President of Alton Towers effective today, as per the announcement two months ago.

I mean, the clue is in the name, ‘interim’ it was never meant to last.

Gone off to be a shill for Reform UK - good riddance.

Appreciate you may not of seen the other changes but it’s been significant at Alton, marketing, retail, tech, guest services, entertainment, engineering all have lost people.

Sorry I don’t have a smart alec line to go with it.

Another one…the Technical services director moving from Chessington to Alton…looks like he’s following the vice president.
