[2025] Toxicator: New Forbidden Valley Suspended Top Spin

I really hope this thing has different cycles depending on the weather. I like a top-spin because off the intensity, not because I want to get drenched by some stagnant water in 6 degree weather.
Yeah I'm hoping that they'll maybe operate it on a less wet cycle for part of the day then switch to the wettest cycle later in the day. I believe it has three different cycles.

The fountains for Ripsaw were always manually operated so it wouldn’t matter what cycle was being used - how wet you got just depended on the operator who generally tailored the wetness to the weather.

Are the Toxicator fountains designed in the same way?

No, I think the fountains on Toxicator are automatic and tied to the ride cycle. I'm sure we'll find out for certain soon though.

Wonder if we are gonna see any manual cycles with some particularly evil operators?

Suppose this is what we get from begging for more water rides

There will never be manual cycles, if you are talking from a ride perspective then Towers (and really most theme parks) never allow their rides to be operated manually, it will run one of the pre-programmed sequences.

As for the water although Ripsaw was manual for the fountains I guarantee this is automatic, there might possibly be a “dry” and “wet” setting to change with the weather but honestly I doubt they will drench the gondola anymore.

In the video there are water droplets in the air as it spins meaning the water fountains must've hit something...

You can see it from 8 seconds (need to watch on a big screen to see them)

I noticed that but my first thought was that it was rain droplets as I believe the weather wasn't great when the video was filmed. Could be the water jets though definitely 🤣

Don’t get how single riders will actually work on Toxicator. Imagine only 2 single riders per cycle and 100 people in the queue. That’s 50 cycles and it’ll be about 4 mins per dispatch so 200 mins😭 it’ll be longer than the main queue

IMO, Toxicator might be intimidating to certain types of people, some of whom may be in groups. Let's say only one person in a group of five wants to go on, then the single rider queue is going to be a blessing.
