They also did the Retrosquad videos as well as the star gazing pods promo video. They also re-did the Sub-Terra videos when it reopened. And more recently they did the through the key hole type videos for the various events at the park.Indeed, Sub Terra is listed on their website, among other Towers projects.

I seriously want to know where on earth they get all these 'world's first' ideas from as I can't help but feel that you'd have to be a certain mad group to conceive such ludicrous ideas.
Unsure if talking about Towers/Merlin or Mumsnet there.
Guess the USP demands from Marketing are still there. Which is always a concern for quieter years of investment.
It does seem a bit straw clutching that’s for sure.I seriously want to know where on earth they get all these 'world's first' ideas from as I can't help but feel that you'd have to be a certain mad group to conceive such ludicrous ideas.
I’m still conflicted on this. Some days I want to commend the park for pushing boundaries and going above and beyond when it comes to this project, but other days I think they just need to bulk-add family thrill flats which are moderately themed to each area.

The incessant need for "world's first" tag lines is become tedious and a bit of a joke now.
It's funny they are claiming it's the tallest ever ride of it's type, when according to Wikipedia (a fine trusted source I know) the old Tomb Raider top spin at King's Island was taller:

I suppose they can still claim it's the tallest operating top spin

Technically you can walk under all the top spins whilst they are operating, this is the first one were it can be done safely.

You had better email the marketing department asap before the press release goes mainstreamTechnically you can walk under all the top spins whilst they are operating, this is the first one were it can be done safely.
‘In a worlds first, this is the first top spin you can walk under without certain death’ reads far better

What happened to lose 30 people per cycle? The incessant need for "world's first" tag lines is become tedious and a bit of a joke now.

The old giant top spin (ala Tomb Raider at King's Island) was set up like Ripsaw but with 3 rows facing in the same direction. What happened to lose 30 people per cycle?

Doesn’t look like it was flipping - looks like it’s on early days commissioning, testing clearances etc before it’s run on full cycles.Looksslowactually kinda fast and smooth! Was the gondola flipping? It was hard to tell. I suspect not, as the arms would be jerking more.
