Yeah, that's what I'm talking about
Although more modern Zierer models with similar layouts seem to be 0.9m height restrictions too.
Yeah, that's what I'm talking about
At the end of the day parks have to progress can't stay stagnant I am ready for Towers to do something brand new@Hid I think your logic would be sound if it wasn’t replacing something else.
If this coaster were being added on empty land, I think the reaction would be more positive. But because it’s replacing a staple family attraction with no height restriction to add something that the area already has, it’s diluting variety within the area and seems like an odd addition.
They have long queues because the park is busier than most also they all have the capacites providing all trains are running to deal with the crowds.
Always complaining get a brand new ride complain, no investment complain, retheme complain Alton can't win anymore whatever they do people will complain
As I say, this is almost my catchphrase now:Always complaining get a brand new ride complain, no investment complain, retheme complain Alton can't win anymore whatever they do people will complain
I mean it probably isn't too unusual, CBeebies has changed quite a lot since then, it is more keeping up with the new shows.Damn, they really are Ship of Theseus-ing CBeebies Land, crazy to think the original generation of families who visited CBeebies Land will find it unrecognisable next year (not that they’d visit now).
Makes you think that Towers doesn’t retain those families as they get older, or offer much for blended families, but that’s for a different topic.
Work is underway on Postman Pat removal and Get Set Go route shortening.

I would've said a Bluey Land somewhere else or that is within Cbeebies Land but separate I'd say.I am not sure if it's been said and been missed but for me I feel the best option if they wanted Bluey was to re theme Postman Pat. They could have either based it on the family car or even the Grannies Cozy Coupe based and looked at a collaboration with Little Tikes. Ultimately would have been cheaper and keeps the ride demographic the same and Get Set Go also survives to it's normal length.

I believe In the Night Garden still seems to be there in it's original form, although I could jinx it by saying it and that it could be next to be removed, modified or shortened.Squirrel NuttyGet Set Go, must be one of if not the last 'original' attractions that they've not butchered (until now).
I find it very sad that a park with so very few sedate / relaxing rides is shortening one and removing another completely to add another rollercoaster. I think it's bad enough that these rides ended up being apart of CBeebies Land in the first place, meaning what were once attractions which whole families would ride ended up only really being attractive to families with young children, and now they're being butchered some more.
A very strange and disappointing move from Towers. I don't doubt at all that Bluey will be immensely popular but I think a re-theme or new attraction that wasn't a replacement would have been ideal. I don't think it's worth ruining two other rides for.
I know I'm old and out of touch...
But I haven't watched a bluey in years, and see no relevance to kids coasters.
Have I got it wrong again?
The areas that used to have those style rides were in the Dark Forest and World of David Walliams Areas they made a mistake getting rid of both prior areas.I also feel the park is still massively neglecting the 1m to 1.4m demographic, what’s the point of attracting the CBeebies audience when you have nothing for them to do once they grow up a little bit
Get Set Get OffThe whole point of Get Set Go is that it takes you through the Cbeebies house and then out into the land to see all of the attractions, with the onboard audio pointing out everything there is to see.
What happens now? Board the bug, then “look there’s Corner Coffee! That used to be good didn’t it!” followed by “Can you see where the outdoor stage used to be?!” followed by a slow descent back to the station.
