I don't actually mind the yellow personally, a throwback to when it was operational.
It’s going to end up yellow and black and look like a Smiler reject part isn’t itmy only concern with it going yellow, is it will look far dirty and grottier than it did when it was purple after a couple of years, especially how everything at towers goes green fairly quickly
It is kinda a pre season test run for the park.Ride availability

I miss that lift hill sound. WRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
I completely agree, Matt... Yellow is my favourite colour, but it does not suit the corkscrews on the entrance plaza at all.My unpopular opinion of the day is that I don’t like that at all!
I thought it used to look quite classy in the brand purple and gold, but I don’t think the yellow goes with the rest of the plaza.
Not unpopular at all - I 100% agree! My unpopular opinion of the day is that I don’t like that at all!

If we’re going quasi Mr Blobby, let’s go full Mr Blobby! To try and obtain some neutrality here I think they should have re painted it purple….. and added yellow spots
My guess is that AT realise that purple probably looks better than yellow (hence why they chose purple in the first place), but they have been on a nostalgia kick since around COVID (and/or when John Burton took over), and so they reverted to the original colour for that reason alone. My unpopular opinion of the day is that I don’t like that at all!

Maybe a wider Towers Street overhaul is coming. Next year, and the Corkscrew is first part to this. Like sorting out the security placement should be after you pass the turnstilesI completely agree, Matt...
