The team on Ocean at the moment wouldn't even be the right team to start Horizon. Horizon would start in site clearance stage, not final concrete works/ride installation stage.

Actually, to answer my own point, it looks like Flavios might have been removed after Christmas last year. In Danny's photos from January 2023, it was all folded up, looking like it was ready to be transported off site.
