*Monkey Paw curls a finger*...I just wish Towers would invest in some new hardware full stop.

Maybe as mentioned above, they’ve gone back to the start with planning Horizon and expected a delay with a gap, so used some of the funding for previously Horizon towards the new CBeebies Coaster (potentially with a Galactica retheme also?).Does the CBeebies 2026 coaster add fuel to the fire the Horizon is further delayed?
I would be surprised if they would want to launch two new coasters in the same season, even if they are aimed at different markets. It’s not something they have ever done before, unless my memory is failing me.

Quoting myself (arrogant, I know). The planning permission allows them to commence works up to June 2026, so plenty of time for this to happen if Towers still wish to go ahead with it. They could push it as far back as a 2028/2029 opening.
I don’t think O’Neil was necessarily the issue, seeing as both Minecraft Land at Chessington (whose star attraction looks to be an Intamin Multidimensional Coaster) and the upcoming CBeebies Land coaster at Alton were seemingly green lighted under his tenure. Now that O'Neil has gone, it should be easy to convince anyone with half a brain that they need a new major rollercoaster investment, and it should only take a year to go up.
They’ve already got planning permission for Project Horizon, though, so I don’t see why they’d need to remove Spinball to build it?I wonder given what we now if perhaps a Spinball removal may be used as a trade off to get PH?

It would have been conditional in the planning permission. Please put the tin foil hat away.May of been part of the agreement behind the scenes?
Not coaster related but I wish this were the early 90s where two decent rides would launch in tandem. It’s such a shame that something like a Nemesis and TT launch would be unthinkable these days.I would be surprised if they would want to launch two new coasters in the same season, even if they are aimed at different markets. In TPWW's latest video about the CBeebies coaster, he mentions at the very end that his next video (tomorrow) will be about more info about Project Horizon. Whether that is just going over what is already known or he knows more from his sources, remains to be seen (from 8:13)

Did he make into onto the Creator programme? In his Hex video he seemed rather displeased with what it offered?

First half just speaks about what Towers have said in their posts, second half speculation that Postman Pat ride is going and what the new coaster will be themed to - Bluey or something else. That's it really. What’s the summary of the video for those of us who hate these sort of things
