Surprised they aren't selling any wild mouse badges yet seeing how their selling 3D printed models of the ride cars and bits of the ride in the shop.

Thanks for the pics. Love the retro logo. As usual with these things, I’m interested in the ones they haven’t done as well as those they have. Log Flume, Monorail, Space Invader, Wild Mouse, Gold Mine, Space Tower ones would be nice

You could really go to town with some of the old rides, the Reel perhaps? Old Rollercoaster logo, Zipper Dipper, Vikingar, Tidal Wave, Enterprise, PB Express, Trauma Towers, Fun House, Casino...

I’d love to see a Bowl-a-Drome one.

I think the information centre in the middle of the Casino Building. Though the opening weekend you collected them in the globe.

On second Wow weekend I tried to get mine in Casino info desk, they sent me to the Globe. Then they told me they weren’t giving them out yet in order to get everyone in the park quicker, instead gave me a normal wristband and told me to go to guest services (old Soda Fountain building by Nash) after 1 to collect it. When the time came I was too busy having fun to notice so still haven’t collected it

Thank you!!!

Just wanted to say that Valhalla, was looking great today...all the effects were working apart from the waterfalls before the backwards section. The ice room actually was cold and had snow/ice in there! The sign as you leave the station has been refreshed.

Also are those screens new on the arcade as you first enter Pleasure Beach?

The arcade at the front was having workdone over closed season so I assume so

Yes. New screens and a new light up facade around the top of the building. The doors were replaced last year and the windows repainted. Exciting times.

If it were a Merlin park they’d be calling it a new attraction.

Given the winds yesterday, park only had 3 rides closed, all of which were understandable (Skyforce was open though, which was full of NOPE)...

Icon in the hail was horrid, but new tat continues to improve... Got a funky framed plan view of Big One (there's a No Limits Icon one as well but wasn't as nice imo) for a cool £35, few other framed pics as well that might interest classical Blackpool goons...

Seemed positive even if most staff looked bored and cold since the park was so dead, plus offering their rainy day thing seems to be a turning point compared to the stories last year...

We are heading to the park this Sunday. Usually get in one visit a year but this is my first time visiting so early in the year. Wondering what time do most of the rides finish up? I see on website earliest ride closes at 5 but just wondering would that mean most will be closing then or would they stay going a little while after? Just trying to plan ahead so we can fit as much in as we can.

All rides close at 5... hence why it says 5:00 closing time in the website.

In all seriousness though, if you’re goig on a Sunday, you should be fine. Sunday’s during term time are always really quiet at BPB, more so than at other parks, no idea why. Not that I’m complaining. I’ll only visit BPB on Sundays these days.

True....

As it’s blackpool it’s probably been funded by the council :D
