That view from the top over the park is pure coaster porn

It looks like a nice filler thrill ride for the park, and the airtime does seem to be plentiful.

That does look excellent, and the views from the top are stunning! I really hope we see even more parks get these new gen Vekomas.
Theming looks underwhelming but that is to be expected with this being a last minute addition and where it is in the park. Decent attempt at some landscaping though.

It looks absolutely incredible. I’d love to see the tilt model at a UK park.
It has the perfect combination of a USP (gimmick if you will), and that ‘killer image’ Wardley describes as being a key requirement for all of the secret weapon projects. All backed up with smoothness, force, and a great compact layout.
If they could get it below the tree height (unlikely), I’d absolutely love to see something like this at Towers. Drayton or Paultons would jump up the rankings if they had something like this. With an immersive story and theme it could be a huge hit.

Could they get around it by the ride not being permanently above tree height? If when the track isn’t in its tilted position it was below the height limit and only raises above it when tilted, this could be a loophole… maybe. I’m thinking similar to Pagode at Efteling which is an observation tower on a massive boom arm that raises above tree height only when the ride cycle is in operation. If they could get it below the tree height (unlikely), I’d absolutely love to see something like this at Towers. Not that I expect Towers will get one of these, but just a thought.

As I’ve said in the Pleasure Beach thread, I think a tilt coaster would suit there looking over Blackpool and the Irish Sea. Thorpe Park would also be a good contender as a Vekoma Tilt is different enough from a Eurofighter as the ‘gimmick drop’ type of ride that started with Oblivion.
I like how Cedar Point has gone a bit more fancy with Siren’s Curse, some custom paint jobs on the supports, not too dissimilar to the veins on Reborn. As well as the on-board audio and LEDs on the train. Some really nice landscaping too over the water, not very heavy on the theming but it looks the part of something you’d expect at a UK theme park.
There’s two more tilt coasters in the pipeline, and they look to have a very different style of layout to Sirens. Makes it more versatile compared to the Eurofighter and Dive Coaster models, whilst providing a smoother ride. If this ride model takes off, I can honestly see the amount of Dives fall off (no pun intended) as modern Vekoma has bizarrely become smoother than modern B&M.
