You're assuming it's just grass, and not a geogrid surface or similar... which it is.

Might have been contracted out for Del Boy to pull it off honestly given he always cut corners.

It all looks really nice but they might need some signage telling guests where to park, until i see a car on that grass spots I would be a little confused.
