I’m pondering a spur-of-the-moment trip to FI next week.

I’ve had a look at the weather, and with this in mind, I was wondering; are 20mph gusts likely to be strong enough to shut Odyssey?

I know this wouldn’t even be close to strong enough to shut in most parks, but I’m aware of how temperamental Odyssey is.

It's very possible; if you see it open, then go to it straight away.

Do not have any faith in weather forecasts more than three days ahead.
Big high pressure is the general forecast, which usually means low wind speeds generally.
Take at least three forecasts, and do an average!

Odyssey is a lot more reliable nowadays. Ever since Mellors took over, usually in high winds they put more sand bags in to ensure full train is always sent
