I think its always better to try and get some rides in the dark after the display for this reason, you might be in a ride queue but its better than sat in a car park doing nothing.
Main thing with getting to rides is the back of the park (X Sector & Dark Forest) will only re-open around 7.45-8pm so that crowd is held by Spinball until they've checked the area.

Best watch out in case he starts asking for sugar.

Will be some error that only hardcore enthusiasts pick up on or something to make the "lore" even more elaborate and convoluted because he only got dragged into the mist and wasn't proven to be killed/eaten and so forth...

I don't think this would be right. Alton has made many many budget cuts this year and put lots and lots of money into FV Fireworks and Scarefest I expect that we will see a announcement at the end of the fireworks

Agree about the signal, although someone seems to be streaming the preshow.

I don’t see a problem with streaming it-people who are going don’t have to watch it, but those of us who can’t go can still be a part of the fun as it happens.

Im not giving merlin any more money this year so will be freeloading. I know everyone’s favourite YouTuber is there tonight so he will post it at some point but there will be streams popping up soon I imagine.

Wonder if there will be any new effects this year, the Emily Alton one last year was impressive albeit a bit short.

If you mean Shaun, yeah I see he’s there. I’m sure he’ll upload soon. I’d love to be there, but just live too far away for more than one visit a year really, and we did that for a couple of days back in Sept when ride ops were good 😅.
