If you knock off the 20% MAP the prices are reasonable (by eating out standards). The problem is the people with MAPs generally go more regularly so are unlikely to make food and drink such a big part of their day, and the non annual pass holders are put off by the extortionate prices, so then you end up with a situation where neither annual pass holders or non passholders are particularly using the food and drink options.
They should just knock off the 20% from the menu price and remove it from the passholder benefits imo, though admittedly that might be unpopular for other reasons.
