It's a good signing. We can't replace Trent. As no full back will ever pass like that again, he can give us something more. What a pair Bradley and Frimpong will be. Pace and power, both can do what Trent did struggle with. Having pace to get back.

Just to add. Wirtz give us options. Cover a wide area, we have seen Slot keen to have Jose/Szobozli drop back and cover Mac allister and Gravenberch.

The instresting player for Liverpool over the summer, will be Bajectic.

Inter have got themselves into a good position this year using experience. Unfortunately, when the time comes to get the job over the line, tired old legs aren't enough.

Im sure hes determined to liquidate the club
Something about this reminds me of the infamous case in which Hibs went into receivership in 1990 which led to Hearts to attempt a merger to unite the two Edinburgh clubs which caused a lot of backlash and the 'Hands Off Hibs' campaign that saved the club. God forbid this is all part of a collusion to allow for a takeover bid for both Sheffield clubs to merge which will cause uproar no doubt. Then again in football's more 'money talks' view merging both clubs does seems to be a good business deal but I would loath for that to happen.

Yeah wouldn't surprise me if he tried to take the club down with him. Apparently the asking price is in the region of £100 million, I don't see any sane prospective new owner willing to pay that much for us.

Regarding the Sheffield situation and what I said about Hibs above, I do hope we don't get a situation as what happened back in 1990 and this video explains a bit more about it.

Just imagine we get this in Sheffield...

Speaking to Hearts and Hibs seeing how they're based in Edinburgh I'm amazed Red Bull (or similar) haven't purchased one of the clubs. Pumped money in and quickly made them competitive with Celtic. Would seem more of a story than Salzburg winning the Austrian league most years and Leipzig being the most hated team in Germany.

Trouble was that there was this ownership rule which meant anyone who owned a club down south couldn't acquire a Scottish club or something to that affect. However it seems that rule is being reduced to allow any possible owners to have a stake in a Scottish club and speaking of Hearts they have actually gotten a £10 million boost thanks to a certain someone acquiring a share in the club.

In fact, with Rangers being bought by the 49ners they'll no doubt have it in them to challenge Celtic and the league as a whole.
