I don't think roast potatoes cooked in crows fat tastes very nice though?Speak for yourself. šŖæ
No rooms available in ATH over new year for 2 adults and 2 children. Seem reasonable at £300 odd for NYE, however it says theme park pass inc, what is actually included a couple of rides?

Reasonable? For one night room only, with a tiny selection of rides for a few hours a day and a small low key show? Seems a good time for one of my Butlins comparisons!
I only meant for NYE, not any other time.
Bring some cooling mist spray as they're connected to a indoor waterpark they're boiling all year round with no Aircon and there's a fan on the wall but it makes so much noise however the rooms are nice but they do get seriously warm.Weāve just booked Splash Landings for opening weekend. Havenāt stayed there since the year it opened and my parents took me. My partner has never stayed there.
Looking forward to it but after reading this thread Iām not sure how excited we should be!?
If you haven't been for a while you will likely enjoy yourself. I stayed in ATH last year after a four year gap and enjoyed it probably more than I normally would. I also stayed at ATH for the fist time in five years last year and it was fine. Breakfast was slightly better than expected, but I had low expectations. The cooked stuff was good, its little things like the variety of jam and pastries that could be improved. If you haven't been for a while you will likely enjoy yourself. I love looking at the floors in the hotels! Especially the carpet transitions between Splash/Conference and ATH.Being part of community like this is a joy. However, it can make you go into stuff looking for floors.
Just enjoy it.
