I have to say walking around the hotels and waterpark I have never seen them in such a state at this time of year, usually after they have been shut for 3 weeks there is noticeable changes around, with painting, cleaning etc. But I couldn’t actually spot anything this year, the hotels looked dirty, peeling paint, etc. usually in places that would be painted.

My guess is now cleaning and maintenance is outsourced it’s probably not in the contract or just been overlooked by management of what usually happens in January, and I guess now it is outsourced then the usual internal staff won’t be doing the work as it’s not their job anymore.

Missed this earlier in the week, but AT have announced they are getting new Hey Duggee Rooms and Suites this year.

So it looks like the former Postman Pat Suites have been divided between Bluey and Hey Duggee this year.

Considering that Towers aren't exactly usually in a rush to retheme rooms once an attraction leaves the park, it does suggest that the Postman Pat licensing agreement had expired.

This could be why we haven't seen Parcel Post reused yet, but correlation doesn't always equal causation.
