I wouldn't buy Fastrack tickets until you are there. If by 12pm/1pm you feel it's busy enough to warrant it, then by all means go ahead. But with school trips being mostly this week, next week might be quieter than expected. We are planning to go Tuesday. Will be buying Fast tracks just incase it's going to be busy. One time deal though as we have free tickets anyways. Hoping it will be quieter.

I believe so yes.Are they the same price on park as they are online?
I believe so yes.
Plus, the question is, do you need Fastrack at all? From reading your posts I gather that you visit semi-regularly, to the point where you have done all the rides a fair amount of times before. Some of the nicest days I've had at Towers have been those where I've not tried to do loads of rides, but just enjoyed wandering around the park and gardens, doing the odd ride and people-watching. Of course I could be wrong (I've been wrong before), but it's something to consider.Okay will deffo wait

That's fair enough then. I hope it's not too busy for you! Perhaps worth looking at ridetimes on the Monday to make a judgement. No ive been once. We didn't get on anything apart from WM, RMT and Duel. We have a free ticket to go back so using it before my son goes to uni and the bus stops running from Derby.

Personally, I think it might be worth waiting til you get there as it may not be that busy.
Thanks for the advice
Next week if often the quietest week of the summer hols, for the last three years we have done our annual pilgrim to towers this week, Monday to Thursday, and never seen a queue longer than 20 mins. Most people with kids tend to do their proper "holiday" either that week or the next and don't get to the stage of "I'm gonna kill those kids - ok let's go to towers" stage until mid-August.
As others have said, don't prebook fast track, the day could be dead for all you know, here is last years Smiler queue for the 25th (we were there so I can confirm it was accurate). Smiler Queue Data 25/7/17. The reason it shot up to an hour mid-afternoon is they had to clear up a "guest incident" on the exit stairs, but didn't close the ride, as I said, we were there stuck in the pen and watched it all much to everybody's amusement.
