Meh. All robots are sinister, evil things that want to kill us, the further we can send them away from us the better...
 
That's amazing! It just shows how amazing we are. Just how small we are but what we can achieve if we try and put the politics and religion rubbish behind us.
 
In a couple of decades, that little rover will hopefully be joined by Nasa's SLS rocket and, potentially, some astronauts. It'll be more powerful than the famous Saturn V that took Apollo 11's Armstrong, Collins and Aldrin to the moon back in 1969. This is it:

Unmaned test launches were supposed to be taking place in 2017, but I'm guessing that has been pushed back a little? Still, I'd love to go and see it launch! ;D
