Paultons Park: General Discussion

Paultons largest ride is Magma at 25m, interestingly a Vekoma space warp ( based on standard layout on thier website) is just under this meaning no additional consent would be required to build higher. A hot racer could also fit under those limits

It Paultons wanted to build higher than Magma they would possibly have needed planning consent to do so so in theory this would narrow down the options

My guess is some sort of launch coaster
 
It will.almost certainly be some sort of launch coaster on the basis that no additional planning permission has been sought and they will have to max out at 25m. Vekoma, Intamin and Mack all have rides that fit the bill. I kinda hope it's not a family Intamin launch as I'd be hoping for something more of a step up

I'm seeing speculation on CoasterForce stating different manufacturers. One said it was a Maurer Spike and the latest compared these to Gold Rush pointing in the direction of Intamin.

I'm inclined to think it is Intamin to be honest but it'll be an LSM launch coaster (whether that is the regular or family thrill variant).

That new family thrill coaster Intamin showed at IAPPA would be perfect for Paultons

I also think a large scale woodie would go down well a bit like Cu Chulainn could be their headliner especially as we have just lost our largest woodie Megafobia R.I.P
