I think I paid by phone last year , we parked near mystery castleMe and my partner are in Germany at the moment and we planned to get euros out while here however we have BOTH stupidly forgotten our bank cards! Our ticket is pre booked and I’m aware that p2 car park is cash only. However the website states that p1 (mystery) car park accepts cash and debit card, has anyone got any experience with paying for parking via Apple Pay/google pay etc?
If we can’t pay with our phones we’ll probably park at Brühl station and get the bus in but that’s far from ideal!
Tia!

Phantasialand: General Discussion

Phantasialand's large construction site in the Fantasy area has been confirmed to be a new family restaurant and a new outdoor water play ground for all ages.
"Delicious delights - sweet, unique and simply irresistible! And then 'water march' - into the great adventure for young and old"

Rumours suggest the main menu will be based on pancakes, similar to Efteling's Polles Keuken. Nevertheless it is a very large building with two floors and a basement level.

So that mysterious 4th queue in FLY’s boarding station that looks like it could be a single rider line next to the front row queue? If you are on your own you may be allocated a green wristband into that queue line which they are now using to fill free spaces.

Why would you want to use that though? If you've already waited the full queue then in the best case scenario you get on maybe one train earlier but it seems equally likely you'd end up getting on the ride after the people around you in the queue. If the ride had a dedicated SRQ entrance then it might make sense.
I'd rather they use the space to rearrange the space after the lockers so the ride just has one main queue (which would wrap around from right to left) rather than the two it has now.

I didn’t *want* to use it, had no choice, made the post mainly for info. Did get on about 5 trains earlier.
The park has been booked out by the Netto supermarket chain for their employees today + hotel guests (such as me). SRQ for Taron is essentially a walk on which is making me very happy.
Well turns out there are some benefits to it if you are lucky - the green band system scored me a front row ride!
Other observations (Edited to avoid double post) - Chiapas was down most of my two days without even water in most troughs, however they did reopen it for the final 3 hours filling all seats so the restraint issues must have been fixed for now.
Colorado had the lights on in the second section. Though it was nerdy to see the layout, much better with the lights off.
Netto day had much better queues than the regular admission day - less srq usage and often times were underestimated such as a walk on Black Mamba at a listed 20 minute wait.
Construction update on the new restaurant:

Plus I finally met Schneck right outside Mystery Castle’s exit so that’s dragon completion for me.

From what I recall, using the lockers by the main entrance/Berlin, we had to buy a wristband from customer services to use one. 5 euros. At least card taken, they might take cash.Visiting the park on Tuesday and will have kids’ bags etc with me. Does anyone know how the lockers work here - i.e cash only/card/app etc? Can’t seem to find anything on the park’s website.
many thanks!

As part of a competition the park asked people to make cakes of the rides and the results are delightful!
