Picsolve Enters Administration

Wonder if they'll keep the name Picsolve, or rebrand entirely to PomVom...


I mean, Thorpe would've lapped it up five-odd years ago...
There's a third option.
Get rid of their own public facing brand and use the attractions own brand.

Cant merlin take on the side of managing the photos?
Like it will employ more staff and will make the profits go strait to them instead of a 3rd party
Like, everyone knows the prices a picture finds at any themepark i really am surprised thay have gone into administration, poor money management? or increased rent costs, etc... (dont know the ins n outs but would be worth a read if the business details are about) but what for the future of this?, any ideas...?

Incompetent management will make most companies fall and picsolve had some very incompetent c level execs.

Yep i know that first hand lol
But it gave me a bloody good kick up the arse and i got myself back in a good position
But for a company the size of picsolve jesus was it a new set of owners or just kids playing?

It was owned by eight roads which is one arm of a venture capital fund so as far as I known it was basically left to picsolve's C level management to do what they wished.

Well they said no to being given the rights to an app that was written for them and was incredibly popular with their customers so yeah.

Interestingly right digital limited which is the company that controls picsolve international ltd (itself owned by picsolve holdings LTD controlled by eight roads) is listed as having moved office address to an address liked with fidelity international which is the firm that right roads is associated with.
