I know hindsight makes everything seem easier but the carer pass should have been applied for immediatly after buying the annual pass for the guest with additional needs. (Back when most passes were done in person you would just sort out both passes at once).Ah right ok, We have applied for a carer pass but not heard anything back from them yet so not sure if it will be available in time for Mondays trip to AT. Maybe I should ring Merlin to see what i can do.

They do state they should reply within 48 hours to the request.
